• Snapshot recordings (audio and video), transcripts and related metadata.

• Detect, investigate and prevent fraud, abuse and violations of our Terms of Service.

• In corporate transactions such as a merger, acquisition or sale of assets, subject to appropriate safeguards.

We do not sell personal information.

We retain personal information for as long as your account is active and for a reasonable period afterwards to comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes and enforce our agreements. Snapshots and profile content can be deleted at any time from your account settings.

We implement reasonable technical and organisational safeguards, including encryption in transit, access controls, and regular monitoring, to protect personal information against unauthorised access, alteration, disclosure and destruction. No online service is 100% secure; please use a strong, unique password.

Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict or object to processing of your personal information, and to data portability. You can exercise most of these directly in your account or by emailing info@blinkcv.ai.

The Services are not directed to children under 16 and we do not knowingly collect information from them. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us so we can remove it.

You understand and consent that BlinkCV.ai uses Artificial Intelligence (AI) technologies to:

• Evaluate Career Snapshots

• Provide communication and presentation feedback
• Generate recommendations to improve your profile

AI-generated results are advisory only and should not be considered employment decisions.

3. Consent to Share Your Profile

You control who can access your Career Snapshot and profile.

When you share your BlinkCV profile or secure link, you authorize BlinkCV.ai to make your selected content available to recipients using that link.

You may disable shared links at any time through your account settings (subject to your subscription plan).

4. Ownership of Your Content

You retain ownership of all content you create and upload to BlinkCV.ai.

By using our platform, you grant BlinkCV.ai a limited license to store, process, display, and transmit your content solely for providing the requested services.

BlinkCV.ai does not claim ownership of your content.

5. Accuracy of Information

You confirm that:

• The information you provide is accurate and truthful.
• You have the necessary rights to upload any content.
• Your content does not violate any applicable laws or third-party rights.

6. Candidate Responsibilities

You agree not to:

• Upload misleading or fraudulent information
• Impersonate another individual
• Upload unlawful, offensive, or harmful content
• Attempt to misuse or interfere with the BlinkCV.ai platform

Your information will be retained while your account remains active or as required by applicable law.
