Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") form a binding agreement between you and BlinkCV governing your access to and use of the BlinkCV websites, applications and services (collectively, the "Services"). By creating an account, recording a Snapshot or otherwise using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

You must be at least 16 years old to use the Services. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at info@blinkcv.ai if you suspect any unauthorised use.

You retain ownership of the resumes, Snapshots, photographs, text and other materials you submit ("Your Content"). By submitting Your Content you grant BlinkCV a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to host, store, reproduce, transmit, adapt (for formatting) and display Your Content solely for the purpose of operating and improving the Services and enabling the sharing you request (for example, with recruiters via a public Snapshot link).

You represent that you have all rights necessary to submit Your Content and that it does not infringe any third-party rights or violate any law.

You agree not to:

• Upload content that is unlawful, misleading, defamatory, obscene or infringes any rights.
• Impersonate another person or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity.
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to accounts, systems or networks connected to the Services.
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Services.
• Use automated means to scrape or harvest data from the Services without our prior written consent.

The Services include AI-powered features such as resume analysis, Snapshot processing, ATS scoring and profile recommendations. AI outputs may be inaccurate or incomplete and are provided for informational purposes only. You are responsible for reviewing any output before relying on it and for the accuracy of the input you provide.

The Services, including all software, designs, text, graphics, logos and trademarks, are owned by BlinkCV or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Except as expressly permitted, you may not copy, modify, distribute, sell or lease any part of the Services.

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time if you breach these Terms, if required by law, or to protect the Services or other users. You may stop using the Services at any time and delete your account from settings.

The Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. BlinkCV does not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any content or AI output is accurate or reliable.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, BlinkCV will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenues, data or goodwill, arising out of or related to your use of the Services. Our aggregate liability for any claim relating to the Services will not exceed the amounts paid by you to BlinkCV in the twelve months preceding the claim, or USD 100, whichever is greater.

You agree to indemnify and hold BlinkCV harmless from any claims, damages, liabilities and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of Your Content, your use of the Services or your breach of these Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. The courts located in Chennai, India will have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms or the Services, except where prohibited by applicable law.

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will provide notice through the Services or by email. Your continued use of the Services after the updated Terms take effect constitutes acceptance of the changes.
